    The goal is to eat ONLY real foods from that qualify as clean, real, whole HEALTHY HABIT friendly for the entire 30 days. In its most simplified form, this includes lean (un-processed) meats, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and most oils. 

    The challenge works by the following:

    • Pre statistics taken via weight measurement and photos, also a fitness test
    • Then at the end of the 4 weeks we re-test

    The individuals with the best results after the four week period will not only win the challenge but have amazing health results to support their hard efforts. The Loins share of this challenge takes place in a secret closed FB page, with resources, daily live updates, training suggestions, and support.

    Joining the ‘JMT Healthy Habits 30 Day Nutritional Challenge’ was the greatest experience and achievement that i have ever had with food. Loosing weight by eating real food. AWESOME! Jamie is awesome! He’s inspiring, so supportive and knows how to sprinkle the laughing dust on everything. For me it wasn’t going to just be for 30 days…it was and is a choice for the rest of my life and I’m proud to say after 3 months I’m still going strong! The support from Jaime and the facebook group was phenomenal. Daily motivational videos on facebook and accountability were the key contributions to making this challenge a success not just for me but for everyone. Thank-you Jamie from the bottom of my zucchini pasta bowl for coaching me through this lifestyle change and sticking to it.

    I have had the privilege of knowing Jamie for nearly ten years now, and the 30 Day Healthy Habits Challenge was just another testimony to his nature of wanting to help other people improve in some way. Eating healthy, consistently, is something 99% of us probably struggle with, and the challenge was a great resource for ideas to make healthy eating more fun! We weren’t just told “eat healthy” for 30 days either, Jamie, along with other speakers that he brought in equipped us with an amazing bank of knowledge to give us the best opportunity at making the 30 days a success. I believe the key component which made this such a successful challenge however, was that there was a sense of “community” involved. This reflects the type of environment Jamie strives for, and this was echoed throughout the challenge with the implementation of buddies to keep you accountable, and the constant support from members throughout the group, near or far, friends or strangers! This “30 day” challenge to me, was not just for 30 days, it is something I can continue to reflect, learn and grow from for the rest of my life.

    I’ve been acquainted with Jamie since August 2017 through a mutual friend in Australia and have been a client of JMT since November. I am a Fitness Professional and I own and operate a Fitness and Well Being Centre here in the UK. I started my fitness journey with Jamie at a time where I found myself in a physical and mental rut. I had been suffering mental and health challenges brought on by pressures of being a business owner. My nutritional habits were up the shit, I was at my heaviest I had been in the past 5 years and I had little clarity of mind. Not at all in a good way at all considering the profession I am in. So through Facebook, I saw a 30 day program Jamie was rolling out from 14Nov. I touched base with him to see if I could participate on the programme (considering I am located in the UK). My reasoning to join Jamie and his team was purely to help my sort my shit out physically and mentally. The programme was fantastic, the support from within the JMT Community was second to none and the leadership, knowledge, and motivation from Jamie was awesome! Not that losing weight was the focus (more mind set and lifestyle), I started with JMT at 89KG, I am now weighing in at just under 82kg and have lost 11cm from my gut, more import though, I have got my clarity of mind back. I was that impressed I am now on my second challenge with The JMT Team. I, through the blessing of Jamie, am paying my learnings forward to my Fighting Fit and CrossFit Communities here in the UK though a similar 30 Day programme. I am grateful to Jamie and the participants of both Challenges for allowing me to use these programmes so I could sort my shit out.

    I recently participated in and completed the 8 week online challenge hosted by Jamie Milne from Jamie Milne Training. This was my first experience with a fitness challenge and it did not disappoint. I am blown away with the results I have achieved in the 8 weeks, 5.7kg lighter and 9 cm gone from my waist. Feeling absolutely awesome. I was challenged to no end the whole way through the challenge that can be catered to any fitness level. Apart from the great results I gained so much knowledge regarding nutrition, preparation, competing and recovery.
